These Terms of Use govern access to Email Score websites, APIs, and dashboards provided by Neural Evo. By creating an account or using the API, you agree to these terms.

Email Score provides email validation signals (including syntax, disposable detection, DNS/MX, and deliverability status). Results are informational and do not guarantee mailbox acceptance of any message.

We may modify features, quotas, and rate limits. Published prices apply at signup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and API keys, and for activity under your Space.

You must not attempt to access other spaces' data or circumvent rate limits.

Do not use Email Score for unlawful spam, harassment, or fraud.

Do not reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law.

Do not submit unlawful content or personal data you are not entitled to process.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Neural Evo disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where legally allowed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neural Evo's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for Email Score in the twelve months before the claim.
