Email Score is a product operated by Neural Evo ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data when you use emailscore.neuralevo.com, the Email Score API, and related dashboards.

Space and billing-related metadata required to provide the service.

Email addresses you submit to the validate API or dashboard try-validate feature, processed to return validation results.

Secure the service, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits and quotas.

Communicate about the product, security notices, and (where permitted) product updates.

We do not sell email lists derived from validation requests.

We may use subprocessors for hosting, email delivery, security, and analytics under appropriate agreements.

We may disclose data when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and Neural Evo.

Some public pages (for example the landing-page email check) use Cloudflare's bot-protection challenge so automated traffic cannot burn demo limits or abuse the service. That vendor may process limited technical signals from your browser or network (such as IP address and standard request metadata) only to tell humans from bots — not to advertise to you.

Account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and security purposes.
